Accurate, intelligent parts interpreter
Reduce overheads and lower return rates with a world-first intelligent parts interpreter based on OEM and enriched data sources, powered by advanced AI and machine learning.
Partly Interpreter intelligently processes vast amounts of data and variables to make it easy for repairers to select the right parts for the job, finally making “one car, one part” a reality.
How it works
How Partly’s team of tech experts and automotive veterans delivered the world's first accurate intelligent parts interpreter
Source data
Partly sources data from multiple parties, including licensing OEM data from vehicle manufacturers, government databases, production line changes, port changes, and local content.
Partly strictly adhere to the OEMs' terms and security compliance for data usage.
Classify data
We then use our OEM Part Type Classifier and AI & machine learning algorithms to efficiently convert raw OEM data into the Partly OEM Data Standard at scale. Central to this workflow is our tool, InterAnnotator, which helps assess agreement and consistency among team members.
Enrich data
Partly has a dedicated quality assurance team that reviews output data to ensure accuracy and integrity. They leverage historical data, and order returns to iteratively refine the machine learning models.

How Partly Interpreter is applied in Repair App to make it easy for repairers to find the right parts
Repairers buying collision or service and mechanical parts are not just shopping for parts; they’re looking to complete a job. For example, a front-end collision repair job requires a set of related parts like a bumper, a bonnet, sensors, fixings, and more.
Partly Interpreter allows Partly to design for the workflow of the repairer carrying out the job.
1. Enter job details, including job number and vehicle license plate.
2. Select collision area and severity, then Human Centric Assemblies (HCAs), which are relevant product groupings.
3. Based on the vehicle and HCAs, Partly Interpreter includes and excludes the right parts for the job. Repairers can also choose to search or browse for additional parts.
